No, think about it, the Jews hated Jesus, and if He was a fake they would have seen to it that His death would have been an end to it, the very fact that Christianity has lasted threw the ages is a testament of Him being the true messiah. Mohammad on the other hand came years afterward and the Koran is many verses from the bible as is the book of Mormon.
