I know Enron and Madoff are the top false profits. And no the world isn't ending.
Enron, the South Sea stocks and the dot-coms. The profits just weren't there, and they killed the economy.

I assume you mean prophets. I would say Darwin, Nicodemus, any preacher who preaches you can get to heaven on good works, or tells you that God is love and never gets angry. The seven seals are when the angels opens them up, plagues and wars follow in order that mankind will repent and turn back to the Lord. but if they dont each seal they open, the plagues become worse.
